We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Ahmaud Arbery Foundation Store. If you are not, here is our policy for returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Return

• Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return.
• Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. All merchandise must be returned with the original tags still attached and in the original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

• The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund:
  • Any item that has been worn, washed, or damaged after receipt.
  • Items marked as Sale, Clearance, or Final Sale at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return (Required Process)

1. Submit Request: To start a return, you must submit a request through the dedicated Web Form located on our website’s Contact/Support page. You will need your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Customer Support Response: Our Customer Support team will review your request and respond via email within 24 hours with a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

Shipping Costs

• Prepaid Label: The Foundation will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
• Deduction: The cost of the prepaid return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Refunds

• Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5-7 business days of receipt), we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges (No Direct Exchanges)

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a full refund (provided it meets the eligibility criteria) and place a new order for the desired item at your convenience.
